Dr. Michael Schwartz' overall philosophy as a cosmetic plastic surgeon is to achieve natural looking results that address the patient's goals while avoiding, as much as possible, any and all telltale signs of surgery. There are many people walking around today with obvious surgical changes. In Dr. Schwartz' opinion, these do not enhance a person's natural attractiveness. He feels surgery is a success only when the goals of rejuvenation are met and it is nearly impossible to tell that the patient has undergone plastic surgery. To this end, his objective is to always achieve a natural, un-operated look that meets the patient's desires.
